Vehicle MET Strip / FitterOTE £56,000 per annum (£23.50 p/hr)42.5 hours per weekLocation: Oxford OX4Benefits * Excellent salary plus bonus * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) raising to 30 days after 2 years of service * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insuranceAbout the roleWorking as part of an experienced team you will * Remove mechanical, electrical and trim items prior to panel repair * Undertake fault-finding * Order replacement parts * Re-assemble vehicles as required to pre-accident condition.You will also undertake geometry, ADAS and diagnostic work using state of the art equipment and technology.What we look for * The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs * Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision * Cleanliness and willingness to embrace best practices * Qualification and experienceAbout youA highly experienced technician who is conscientious, committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and team focused.
