Annual salary: up to £42,840.00PlastererLocation: DartfordContract: Full Time PermanentSalary up to £42,840 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)Task Team, we are based in Brentwood Essex, but within our team we have people who live in Kent, Sussex, Essex and London. Our team helps mobilise, demobilise and support contracts throughout the whole of Mears, We provide support for contracts that are understaffed, have works in progress that need reducing. We mainly carry out repairs on Day to Day/Response works, but we are occasionally used for Voids and Planned also. This means we can work on any contract within Mears who needs assistance, our main areas for works are: London, Kent and surrounding areas, with sometimes staying away/travelling to assist.You’ll be working across occupied properties, responding to day-to-day repair requests No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success.We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Plasterer to join our growing team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Dartford. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes in occupied social housing properties.You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including patch repairs, full wall skims, ceiling works, and making good following other trades. Working in residents’ homes requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful environment.With a steady flow of work and a strong focus on improving housing standards, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real impact in the community.
