What you’ll be doing:As the SAP Primary Support Engineer, you will:Provide expert SAP UK Payroll support across multiple releases and industriesConfigure, troubleshoot, and optimise SAP modules, ensuring smooth operations for clientsPerform root-cause analysis of complex issues, identifying practical solutions and preventative measuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholdersTake ownership of client cases, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising qualitySuggest and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experienceStay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions. What we’re looking for:To be successful in this role, you should have:7+ years’ experience in SAP UK Payroll, with hands-on exposure to multiple releasesExtensive technical and/or functional SAP expertise, including configuration and troubleshootingKnowledge of SAP architecture, implementation practices, and key functionalityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of tackling complex challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teamsProven team player who contributes to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
