We support leading OEMsin ensuring the highest quality standards.Our Resident Engineers work directly on-site at the OEM, acting as the crucial link between suppliers and vehicle manufacturers technically skilled, communicative, and solution-oriented.Your ResponsibilitiesRepresent and support supplier quality directly at the OEM siteAnalyze and assess quality issues on components and systemsConduct and evaluate root-cause analyses (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA)Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions between OEM and suppliersParticipate in quality reviews, technical meetings, and project discussionsSupport sample approvals, release processes, and engineering changesPrepare technical reports, presentations, and documentationDrive continuous improvement of processes and quality standardsYour ProfileDegree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent technical qualificationExperience in the automotive industry, ideally in quality, development, or supplier managementSolid knowledge of automotive standards and methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.)Strong communication skills, professional presence, and assertivenessAnalytical mindset and structured, proactive working styleVery good German and English language skills (depending on location)Willingness to work at one of our OEM locations in Germany or the UKWe OfferWork in a highly professional automotive environment with leading OEMsPermanent employment with attractive compensationExtensive training, certification, and development opportunitiesModern equipment and personal support from our operations teamExciting projects at top automotive locations in Germany and the UK
