Role: FP&A ManagerSalary: up to 70000 DOELocation: Southampton (hybrid available)We are seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven FP&A Manager to lead financial planning forecasting and performance analysis across the group. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in NetSuite ERP and Power BI enabling seamless integration of financial data and advanced visual analytics.FP&A Manager the roleLead the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes across business units.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.Own monthly reporting packs variance analysis and KPI dashboards.Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes NetSuite ERP and related systems and reporting tools.Consolidate and analyse data from NetSuite to ensure accuracy and completeness.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time performance tracking and executive reporting.Support M&A activity investment appraisals and post-deal integration analysis.Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.FP&A Manager the personEssentialProven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role.Experience of Sales &Operation Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Cycles.Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERPreporting data extraction and financial consolidation.Strong expertise in Power BIdata modelling DAX and dashboard creation.Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Experience in a multi-entity or group structure is highly desirable.ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).DesirableExperience in a fast-paced high-growth environment.Exposure to SaaS tech or services sectors.Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Proactive curious and solutions-oriented.FP&A Manager the benefits25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Annual leave purchase scheme (up to 5 days per year).Company Pension scheme (Royal London).Cycle2Work Scheme.Private Healthcare Insurance (Vitality).Flexible working.Regular departmental socials company wide.About AVASK:AVASK Global Compliance are a rapidly expanding international firm that specialise in VAT tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses.AVASK assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers as well as entrepreneurs across eBay Shopify and many other platforms.
