This firm already have a very strong presence within the property market and have secured a new contract with identified work already for the next three years and beyond.


This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Partner to join one of the UK's leading law firms at a pivotal time where you will be involved in the development of the department at a serious time of growth.


The work is already guaranteed; there is no need for business development or the generation of additional clients for work or fees; the model is, one client who provides all the work.


I am also keen to speak to senior level candidates who may be open to a team move to this firm.


The project will be a fully bespoke, tailored conveyancing offering with fixed fees and a low volume caseload per lawyer – possibly, 5 instructions per week, c60 (maximum) cases running at any time. And there will be a simple fixed fees structure for all transactions with a two-tier pricing. So this is very different to the majority of high volume conveyancing departments.


This is an office based position in central Leeds and alongside an extremely competitive salary they have a solid benefits package to include:
