- Collaborate with our team of designers, joiners, scenic artists, and project managers to bring creative visions to life for events.- Build high-quality set pieces, props, and scenic elements according to event specifications and design plans.- Work with various materials like wood, metal, and plastics, utilizing specialized tools and techniques.- Ensure structural integrity and durability of constructed elements through your expertise in carpentry and woodworking.- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate execution of event designs. - Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to industry-standard safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in the entertainment, theater, or event industry. - Strong proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, joinery, and finishing.- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results for events. - Proficient in working with various carpentry tools and equipment.
