- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analysing data to make adjustments and optimise campaign efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data analytics tools (GA4, PowerBI, Meta etc.) to measure the effectiveness of acquisition efforts and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation experiments to improve performance and effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour, demographics, and purchasing patterns.
- Implement customer lifecycle strategies to maximise customer lifetime value and improve ROI.
Budget Management:
- Manage the acquisition budget efficiently, allocating resources to the most profitable channels and adjusting spend according to campaign performance.
- Forecast future acquisition costs and revenue to optimise budget allocations.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with external agencies/vendors to execute campaigns.
- Work closely with the e-commerce and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product availability, promotions, and seasonal strategies.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, specifically in customer acquisition, for e-commerce retail brands.
- Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, affiliate, programmatic etc.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (GA4, PowerBI, Meta, etc.) and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of email marketing and SEO would be advantageous but not essential.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and experience optimising based on these KPIs.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of attribution modelling and mixed media modelling.
