This role is a unique opportunity for a data-driven leader who understands the challenges of financial services technology, back-office workflows, and CRM product development.We are looking for someone who combines project management expertise with strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring Plannr’s integration strategy supports scalability, automation, and seamless customer onboarding.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Own Provider and Partner Integrations Strategy & Integration Processes: Lead the strategy and execution of third-party data integrations, provider feeds, and API-driven automation to enhance platform functionality and user experience.Optimise Provider Data System Interoperability: Ensure smooth, automated data flows between Plannr and external integration partners and data providers, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.Improve Provider Data Quality & Usability: Use analytics and user feedback to enhance adoption and uncover underutilised features, functionalities and integrations.Stakeholder & Change Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams - including Product, Sales, and Implementation to align data and integration initiatives with business objectives and client needs.Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement scalable, data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and user experience across all integrations.Lead Provider and Partner Onboarding: Develop and refine processes for impact assessing and onboarding new integration partners and data providers, ensuring value to customer alongside seamless data accuracy and usability.Support Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure integrations and data processes comply with regulatory standards and data security best practices.Champion Automation & Efficiency: Identify and resolve inefficiencies in data and integration workflows, implementing best practices to optimise system performance and customer experience.Revenue Generation & Partner Collaboration: Work with Product Lead to identify, recruit and manage integration partners with a commitment to fund deeper integrations to Plannr and participate in collaborative marketing and distribution activities.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in SaaS, Fintech, CRM, or financial services technology, with a strong background in data integrations, provider services, and process automation.Deep technical expertise in APIs, data processing, and system interoperability, with experience driving automation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around data and integration strategies.Hands-on experience with financial services data feeds, platform migrations, and third-party provider integrations.Analytical mindset, with experience using data insights (heatmaps, analytics) to inform strategic decision-making.Ability to manage competing priorities, execute solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Why Join Us?At Plannr, you’ll enjoy:A high-impact role in a fast-growing fintech, shaping the data and integration strategy.The opportunity to optimise a cutting-edge platform, driving real improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience.A collaborative, forward-thinking environment, where innovation and problem-solving are valued.A competitive compensation package, including potential equity participation after 12-months of continual service.Flexible working arrangements, with opportunities for remote and office-based collaboration.This is an exciting opportunity to build a centre of excellence for provider data and integrations at Plannr, ensuring our platform delivers seamless, automated solutions for financial advisers.
