Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a rural surveyor to join our estate management & consultancy team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of both private and institutional estates & working on projects for our retained consultancy clients as part of an experienced team. You’ll be based out of our Worcester office, and the successful candidate will be able to: Identify tasks and prioritise the delivery of work both independently and as part of a team.Consider typical property management challenges and generate potential solutions. Work with systems and processes and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly and professionally in a manner appropriate to the task and audience.Demonstration of CDM & Health and Safety as it applies to the estate management sector.Liaise with and administer contractors and other professionals when delivering projects & tasks for our clients. Demonstrate a good understanding of landlord and tenant relationships,, legislation and best practice guidance. Accurately draft leases and licences over agricultural and commercial property. Be MRICS or working towards a suitable property-based accreditation.Have knowledge/experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
