Telehandler Operator needed in Witney Daniel Owen Recruitment are looking for a Telehandler Operator to work on a large heritage site just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire. The site is underway but there is still long-term work left for the right person. Previous experience operating a Telehandler is a must and appropriate tickets are needed (CPCS or NPORS). Duties for the successful Telehandler Operator: - Operate a telehandler to move, locate, and reposition materials- Adhere to safety protocols and standards while operating the equipment- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient work flow- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or other vehicles- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficientlyRequirements for the role- Valid NPORS or CPCS (red or blue)- Full UK drivers licence- Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-Vis and steel-toe cap boots)- Able to provide a reference having done a similar role The site has free parking but is difficult to get to via public transport so a mode of transport will be necessary.
