My Client, an award winning International Law firm, seek a Junior Legal PA to support a Partner and Fee Earners within the Corporate department.

The firm itself boasts over 20 offices worldwide, making them one of the most sought-after firms across the globe Aside from their global presence and appeal, they also offer a superb benefits list and offer hybrid working, global secondments, work from any location for up to 4 weeks of the year and sabbaticals.

  • City Location
  • Paying up to £37,00
  • Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
  • This role sits within the rapidly expanding Corporate Department

Duties include:

  • Email management.
  • Diary management; scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Arranging global travel.
  • Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
  • Monthly billing.
  • Assistance with the BD activities.
