Management Consultant

The Role

As a Management Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients to deliver transformative solutions that address real-world problems. You will take charge of workstreams, lead change initiatives on-site, and engage with staff from Senior Management to Front Line Supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include process mapping, data analysis, and running training sessions, all while driving sustainable improvements with measurable benefits for both the client and their customers.


The Company

This role is primarily based in their Reading office, and involves some travel to client sites - so a driving licence is a must
