Complex Care Support Workers for 36 Hour Contracts

ASA Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate workers for 36 hour contracts in Support and Complex Care to join our team. As a crucial member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for supporting clients in their daily activities and enhancing the overall well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
  • Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
  • Maintain and document care records.
  • Communicate with the care team about clients' well-being.
  • Work in-line with care plans and risk assessments

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with complex needs care.
  • SVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • PVG Update and SSSC registration required.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability for mobility support.
  • No Sponsorship Visa's
  • CV covering 10 years

  • Pay rate of £12-20.58 per hour, paid weekly.
