We are seeking an ambitious dedicated professional who is determined to make a meaningful difference to students with additional needs ensuring they receive the support and opportunities required to thrive both academically and personally.You will be a committed advocate for students with additional needs with a strong track record of leading SEND provision and driving inclusive practices that make a measurable impact on student outcomes. You will either hold or be working towards the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs or the NASENCO qualification. You will uphold and continue to develop a well-embedded culture of inclusion across the academy ensuring that all students regardless of need embody our values of Ready Responsible Respectful Kind and Proud.You will be leading a well-established team of Learning Support Assistants offering strategic direction mentoring and day to day support.
