  • People Leadership experience setting overall goals and strategy
  • Previous experience within Customer Success or Client Services
  • Experience with Healthcare related customers
  • Experience working within a Technology led relationship
  • Proven track record setting Customer Success strategies


This role requires an individual who is able to analyse the current customer success offering and work with the team and wider business to develop a new strategy based on the businesses ambitious growth goals. In order for the business to grow they know they need to retain their current customer base and truly believe Customer Success is at the centre of this.
