The deputy general manager we are looking for will ideally have some new opening experience and a high volume fast paced branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage large teams, customer service and drive sales.

Deputy General Manager - is this you?

  • Experience as a deputy/assistant general/restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
  • Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to lead and train & motivate a team to deliver results
  • Sales building skills

Deputy General Manager - you will:

  • Manage all day to day operations alongside the GM, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L
  • Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
  • Drive sales to maximise profitability
