Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties across their thriving Bromley and Beckenham branches.The successful candidate will benefit from professionals, whose decades of experience have enhanced client satisfaction. About the role:

  • Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
  • Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
  • Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
  • Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
  • Co-operating with the Lettings Team
  • Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
  • Property inspections
