We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our expandingNational Driver Training team in Gloucester. This role is central to ensuring our services, processes, and systems consistently meet internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Quality Assurance CoordinatorGloucester Salary: £26,500 per annum | Full-time, Monday to Friday | 07:3016:30Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards and industry regulations. Plan, schedule, and support both internal and external audits, ensuring effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements, maintaining risk and compliance registers. Analyse and present quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for quality, assurance, and compliance matters, providing training and guidance to staff. Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation. To be Successful: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. A thorough understanding of quality management systems. Analytical approach with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Experience in Microsoft 365 applications. Ability to work independently while also influencing and supporting colleagues across the business.
