In this newly created role, you will be overseeing the daily production operations, driving efficiency, supporting the development production team and ensure that all quality and safety standards are being upheld. This role would suit someone with a strong background in a fabrications environment who is either in a lead / supervisor / team leader role already, or someone looking for the chance to use their existing experience and step up into more of a leadership position.
