We are looking for a (minimum level 3 or equivalent) qualified Spa Therapist to join our team to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage, and beauty treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice.Essential ResponsibilitiesOffering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shiftMeeting and greeting the client on arrivalCompleting client consultation cards/informationTaking the guest through the customer journeyExplaining the treatment to be performedEnsuring the treatment is offered to the client’s requirementsDiscussing retail products and home care options to enhance guests experience following their treatmentOffering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatmentLiaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billingQualifications, Characteristics and RequirementsNVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essentialCompletion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitmentFlexibility Shifts include; 9.45am – 6.15pm, 10.45am – 7.15pm, 11.45am – 8.15pmA full UK driving License and access to a car BenefitsSalary £23,840 OTEDiscounted hotel accommodation for yourself and your family at all hotelsDiscounted hair treatmentsDiscount off all food & beverage at all hotelsDiscount of individual treatmentsDiscount on retail productsRefer a friend staff recruitment scheme
