We are seeking a highly organised and proactive candidate to join our team as a Professional Services Coordinator. In this role you will be the central point for Optometrists in your division, ensuring they are kept fully informed of work schedules and for managing these schedules to maintain our clinic performance.The main aspects of the role -Maintaining the Optometrist databaseServe as the liaison between optometrists and divisional teams as required.Ensuring full optimisation of the Optometrists within the regionEnsure holidays are approved in a timely mannerAssisting client relationship management with the Self Employed Optometrist network to ensure ability to fill gaps at short noticeGeneral administrationWhat we need from you -A willingness to learnExcellent organisational skillsMeticulous attention to detailComputer literate and quick learnerExcellent communication skills and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.Saturday morning cover every 3 weeks is essential to the role.What’s in it for you? -Competitive salaryFree or discounted optical products/procedures, and other group productsFree ParkingWorkplace PensionCareer progressionIf you would like to work with an industry leader then we want to hear from you, please apply by sending your CV.Optical Express is an equal opportunities employer.
