JOB PURPOSE To provide the highest standard of care and support to our clients and to enhance their wellbeing and to promote independence. Care duties for individual client will be clearly stated in their Care Plan and may vary depending on the client’s needs, time of day of the visit etc. Occasionally other care duties may arise that aren’t included below and you will need to be able to adapt easily to take on these different duties if asked. Requirements MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ● Meeting the personal care needs of our clients in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence.
