Complementary Therapy Co-Ordinator (Temporary) Dungannon Part-Time (30 hours)/Temporary £24,120 Coordinate and delivery a range of complementary therapies and programmes across the organisations support centres. The Role: Co-ordinate Complementary Therapy Services to organisations members, including triage of referrals and management to waiting lists. Promote healthy lifestyle choices, coping mechanisms, and advice as part of the Health and Wellbeing programme. Organise training programmes and clinics both in-house and remote/satellite. Deliver supervision to existing comprehensive therapist programme. Ensure effective record keeping, including GDPR compliance. Review and implement good practice policies and procedures for clinics. Implement referral systems for users in need of further assistance. Engage with external bodies and funders. The Person: Relevant qualification + 2+ years working experience with at least one year line management experience OR 5 years experience in programme co-ordination, delivery, and management within a voluntary/community setting + 2 years management experience. Working knowledge and delivery of complementary therapies Understanding of conflict related trauma on victims and survivors Experience of computer=based monitoring and evaluation systems.
