By understanding the needs of people you support, youll provide exceptional care that can change their lives. Your role will involve, however, not limited to: Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activitiesempowering them to enjoy a great life filled with unforgettable experiences. Getting involved in support in the community as social activities or shopping trips. Ability to communicate is essential, considering individual communication needs, and helping people communicate effectively with others. Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required) Medication administration (if required) Support with preparing and cooking meals.
