Eventus Recruitment Cheshire are working with a well-established IFA Practice based in the Wirral, Merseyside, who are seeking to recruit an additional IFA / Financial Planner to join their advisory team. The team prides themselves on understanding clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality services and building enduring client relationships.

Role responsibilities:

As a Financial Planner you will have access to, and be servicing an existing client bank, whilst also developing a significant book of clients of your own in the coming years. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner, who would like to benefit from the business’s existing client relationships, whilst also being supported to grow their client base alongside:

  • Cultivating and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on providing top-notch financial planning service
  • Working collaboratively to identify opportunities for financial planning services
  • Developing and implementing customised financial plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and requirements
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible financial advice
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and performance metrics

Person specification:

  • Proven track record as a successful Financial Planner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' financial needs.
  • Relevant financial planning certifications and licenses.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
