Position:Behaviour Support Assistant
Location:Lewisham, South East London
Salary:£85-95 per day
- Monday to Friday
- Long-term, full-time
- Temp to perm opportunities
- Secondary year groups
At this SEMH all-through school, they are dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our students, helping them overcome challenges, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
What You'll Do as a Behaviour support assistant:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage and model positive behaviour, helping students develop social and emotional skills.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
