The sector we work in is very busy with a good mix of both reactive and proactive business. The person: KPI People are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant that has 360 agency experience. We are completely open to the type of consultant, designing a role to suit the interest/strengths of the individual. So, for example this could be working as a Temporary or Permanent Consultant. We place all over the UK, so would seek assign a region to you. Please note due to the nature of our businesses model this is an office-based role and we do not employ remote/Hybrid staff. You must live within a reasonable commute of central Bedford Essential experience: 2 years 360 Recruitment agency exp: dealing with both clients and Candidates. Good understanding of IT systems/administration, and social media Self-Starter taking responsibility for your role/clients/candidates. Team player, we all help each other here at KPI People Being career minded as this is an opportunity not just a job. An understanding of compliance and its importance What we offer: Basic salary 25K OTE up to £45K year one. Year 2 £60k plus 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays Duvet Days. Company days/nights out.
