The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cryptocurrency and the overall trade lifecycle. Proficiency in Python and Rust is essential. They may come from a financial services background with a strong interest in crypto, or they could possess specific experience working within the crypto industry. Knowledge of database implementation and writing to databases is highly desirable.


This role will be part of the technology team, contributing to a range of projects, including our OTC trading platform, post-trade development, or DeFi trading infrastructure. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Technology.


  • Experienced with Rust and Python
  • Ideally experience in a trading environment – for mid-senior hire we would be looking for experience in an OTC trading context
  • Exposure to crypto – ideally professional experience but they could have gained strong exposure through personal interests/projects. If exposure is personal/projects then we would expect financial services experience
  • Low level systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of database implementation and writing to databases.
  • Knowledge of AWS
