A wellregarded girls independent school in Harrow requires an enthusiastic MFL (French) Teacher to cover a shortterm absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Your Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective French lessons to girls across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Mark and assess student work providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Collaborate with the MFL department to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Organise and lead Frenchrelated extracurricular activities and clubs.

Who They Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching French.
  • Experience teaching French at the secondary level ideally in a singlesex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate girls in a singlesex environment.
  • Knowledge of current curriculum standards.
