We provide the vehicle gas maintenance insurance and mobile phone with NO cost to youStarting at $19.00/hour 100% of tips Weekly PayFull-Time Morning Evening and Overnight 8 hour Shifts Available. All shifts must include at least 1 weekend day.Part-Time (Sat-Sun) Evening and Overnight 8 hour Shifts Available. Duties and Responsibilities:Provide transportation to wheelchair usersSafely drive and operate vehicleFollow traffic laws and regulationsBe EXTREMELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTEDUse mobile device for routing information to pick passenger up and drive to destinationResponsibilities include regular assistance to wheelchair users some of whom may weigh up to or exceed 400 pounds inclusive of their wheelchairs a portion of these wheelchairs may be manually operated.Compensation and Benefits:Starting at $19.00/hour plus tips Paid OvertimeEligible to participate in Health Insurance ProgramPaid Time offPaid TrainingEarn $200 referral bonuses when people you recommend are hired by Tower MobilityBasic Requirements:Authorized to work in the U.SBe at least 25 years old (for insurance purposes)Must have a valid CA Drivers License with a minimum of 2 years US Driving HistoryExcellent communication and customer service skillsSuccessfully pass pre-employment background and drug testsUBER or LYFT ride-share driving experience is a PLUSCandidates who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered in our recruitment process.
