Role: Executive Chef Consultant (12-month Fixed term contract (potential for extension)

Salary: negotiable: Up to £70k+ per annum pro rata

We are recruiting a unique role and looking for an Executive Chef Consultant who can assist a company in achieving their mission and vision for their organisation.

The successful candidate will need to have the required skills and experience below;

  • Experience of upscaling a kitchen operation. We are looking for an Executive Chef Consultant who has had significant experience in upscaling teams and kitchen operations and output from small scale (100 covers) to larger scale 400+ covers.
  • Fine dining experience in a senior leadership role toMichelin star or minimum 3AA rosette+level.
  • Experience in developing menus and exceptional knowledge of food and world cuisines.
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and delivering nutritional menus.
  • Exceptional leadership and people / team development skills, with a positive and motivational approach.
  • A strong commercial acumen.

The role of Executive Chef Consultant will join a unique organisation who really care about their people and desire to be one of the best employers in the U.K.

Your role will be to assess and analyse the current restaurant operation, offer leadership, training and mentoring to a small team of quality chefs, create and develop new exciting and nutritional menus, and create a strategy to upscale the kitchen and restaurant operation.
