Youll be responsible for ensuring that Cavendish Nuclear complies with HSE regulations as well as implementing policies and procedures to manage risks and hazards.Day-to-day youllEnsure Cavendish operates in a safe healthy and environmentally responsible mannerManage risks across various operational areasImplement effective policies and procedures to support safety and complianceConduct training and investigations to enhance awareness and accountabilityHelp protect employees the public and the environment while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsThis is a full-time position 37 hours per week based at our Stoke Gifford Bristol site with flexible options for working from home.Essential experience of the HSE Advisor:Previous experience of working as a HSE Advisor within a highly regulated environmentAudit and inspection experienceExperience of delivering trainingUnderstanding construction or similar operational experience and understanding of CDM RegulationQualifications for the HSE Advisor:NEBOSH general certificate or NEBOSH Construction certificate or NVQ equivalentMembership of a technical community (IOSH)Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
