Were always pushing each other to go further because we believe that when we realize our potential we can help others reach theirs.Join us and play your part in something specialThe opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to lead the Claims MI Delivery team supporting our International lines of business.You will take ownership of the design development and delivery of insightful dashboards that empower the stakeholders to monitor claims performance manage workflow and identify emerging trends. Working closely with Claims leadership data engineers and business stakeholders you will ensure that MI is accurate timely and aligned with strategic priorities.What youll be doing:Lead the delivery of claims MI reporting from requirements gathering through to dashboard development and stakeholder engagementDesign and build dashboards that are intuitive visually compelling and actionable using Power BICollaborate with Claims teams to understand their workflows and information needs translating these into effective reporting solutionsLead and mentor analysts in the team providing guidance and support in their professional development and support with the regular claims reportingOversee the development and implementation of data analytics projects to support Claims Operations.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of claims data by implementing robust data quality controls.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving claims performance.Prepare and present detailed reports and analysis to senior leadership highlighting key insights and recommendations.Manage the delivery of key projects and initiatives ensuring they are completed on time and within budget..Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to drive improved claims performance.Use Power BI Claims Systems and Expert spend systems to build insightful dashboards and reports for multiple business functions in addition to claims leadership.Our must-haves:Proven experience in a data or MI delivery role ideally within a London Market insurerStrong technical skills in data visualisation tools (eg.
