Mental Health Support Assistant | Job Summary
  • Salary: £480 - £520 per week (including holiday pay)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
  • Join the school’s CPD programme and gain insights from Senior School Staff
  • Help students navigate the challenges of adolescence and use your empathy to forge genuine connections that can change lives
  • Gain valuable skills while liaising with mental health professionals and educational leaders
  • This role starts in November 2024 and lasts until the end of the academic year, with opportunities for continuation.
 
Our Ideal Mental Health Support Assistant Candidate Will Have:
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a top UK University.
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience working with young people in a supportive or pastoral capacity.
  • Extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life, such as music or sports (not essential).
