Working within our Barry site we have an exciting role for a Warehouse Store man.

Some of the duties but not limited to will be:

Dealing with Receipt, storage issue and replenishment of Engineering spares and general stores items (MRO materials) to Perform a site- distribution/delivery service for packages received at the stores.

Input transnational data into SAP of receipts, issues, corrections, etc and perform enquiries into history data.z

You will have experience working within a warehouse environment, ideally working within the industrial environment. You will be well organised and work well under pressure, having excellent communication skills offering the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving - Unpack incoming goods and check against Vendor delivery documentation. The delivery is checked for numerical correctness against the order and also for quality by visual appearance. The Purchase Order is called up in SAP and the Goods Receipt entered. Any damaged deliveries or discrepancies in delivered quantities must be reported immediately to the Vendor. Received materials are stored in the correct location and stock rotation is performed. All deliveries must be receipted.

• Documentation Management - The accurate filing of vendor delivery documentation, goods receipt slips, return orders, etc.
