Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Jurassic coast is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting delightful pastries and desserts that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you design and prepare sweet treats to contemporary desserts.

The hotel is set in a rural location, so own transport or method of getting there is essential

Live-in accommodation is available as an option if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and confections.
  • Develop new and innovative recipes from development of the afternoon teas to Christmas masterpieces.
  • Staying up-to-date with culinary trends in pastry and dessert arts.
  • Collaborate with the Head chef and kitchen team to create cohesive and delightful dining experiences.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience working in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and presentation.
- Creative flair and ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.
