Modern Edge Recruitment are seeking a Trunking Administrator for our established Logistics client in Minworth, Birmingham.As Trunking Admin you will be responsible for the following:- Coordinating and scheduling trunking activities for the transportation department- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to designated locations- Monitor and track delivery progress using company software systems- Communicate with drivers and provide necessary instructions and support- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery to maintain customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of all trunking activities and update relevant documentationYou will be a great fit for this role if:- You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in transportation or logistics- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple trunking activities simultaneously- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers and other team members- Proficient in using computer software systems for tracking and monitoring deliveries- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and requirements- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (due to hours of work not need to drive for work purposes)Please note that this position starts at 4am, so you must be able to travel to and from work.If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in trunking operations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.Hours: 5am - 2pmPay: £11.44Contract length: PermPay: £11.44 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parkingSchedule: * Tues-Sat
