Credit Controller (Part-time) Temporary - Luton based (office working) Immediate start £13-15ph depending on experienceButler Rose is delighted to be working with this growing Luton based business in their search for a part-time Credit Controller. This is initially a temporary role with the possible potential for a permanent opportunity later. Looking for someone who can work 3 days/week and hours of 9-4pm. Would be ideal for someone who has previous credit control experience but is looking for reduced hours and has immediate or short notice availability. Duties of the role include: - Chasing overdue invoices via telephone and email- Preparing weekly status reports on overdue invoices- Researching and resolving aged open payments and using a variety of reports and online data systems- Posting daily invoices accurately to customer accounts- Assisting with month-end close process- Completing ad-hoc projects and reporting
You will have previous experience within an accounts environment, ideally within accounts receivable and will be confident in a fast-paced environment. Xero accounts system experience a benefit but not essential as full training will be offeredTo be considered for this role you must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE as this is a requirement with a need for an urgent start.
Please note - this is an office based role without hybrid working so you must be available to attend the office for the full three days. If you are based locally to Luton and have previous experience within a credit control capacity, please do not delay your application.
