What you will do:

  • Proposal Writing
  • Develop polished, professional proposals that represent our brand and drive success, working collaboratively with the team to maximise impact.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Enhance our online presence, analyse competitor activity, and generate leads through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Client Engagement
  • Make focused calls to schedule meetings and achieve a strong proposal success rate.
  • Data Management & Team Collaboration
  • Keep client records up to date, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.


What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Creative thinker with marketing expertise and experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn.
