This rare and exciting career opportunity has come to market due to increased volume of work coupled with a strong pipeline of future work. It would be ideal for a self motivated and career focused Corporate Finance Associate Director who is looking for a challenging new role


As an experienced Associate Director, you will be responsible for -

  • Transaction Leadership: Manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to support acquisition, divestiture, and capital raise decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow our M&A advisory practice.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality client service.


In order to secure this great role you will have -

  • A solid background in Advisory where you have been responsible for originating work
  • A network in the London Private Equity space
  • Proven deal experience with strong financial modelling, valuation, and client management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
