About the Role We’re seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting. This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll be on the tools when needed, but also managing workflow, mentoring your team, and working closely with the Engineering Manager on strategic improvements.
