This highly reputable Business Services Organisation is looking for a Finance Director to lead their finance team. This permanent position reports directly to the CEO and offers a hybrid work arrangement.it

What will you be doing as Finance Director?
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the company's cash flow, investment strategy, and financial risk management.
- Provide financial guidance to the executive team and Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest financial trends, tools, and technologies and recommend new approaches to improve financial processes and procedures.
What are we looking for in our Finance Director?
- Highly experienced in a Senior Finance position (i.e. Finance Director or CFO) with an overall understanding of all aspects of the finance function within a large organisation.
- Experience in an IT organisation and working knowledge of SAGE software is essential.
- Experience in leading change and developing ways of improving financial management processes.
- Strong Team Leadership experience.
- A forward-thinking mentality with a desire to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
