sciopay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our FX and international payment solutions. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, engaging them through various outreach methods to generate interest and set the stage for our sales team.


Responsibilities


  • Actively seek out and generate new leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Understand and articulate the benefits of sciopay’s deliverable FX and international payment solutions to potential business introducers
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential fit with our services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging prospects and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position sciopay’s offerings


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the financial services or payments industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
