Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solicitor to join a busy Private Client team based at the Galashiels office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied caseload, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and handling estate planning, trusts, and executries.
  • Managing a diverse private client caseload with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Providing clear, professional advice to clients on all private client matters.


Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
  • Proven experience in managing your own caseload, with a strong track record of success in this area.
  • A personable approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive member of the team.
