Shifts :Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm Role Responsibility:Opening office each morning. Reviewing the office and setting it up for the day e.g. filling coffee machines, spot checks on cleaners, turn air con on, H&S check, checking no leaks in the toilet etc - could set up a checklist for these.Raising jobs for repairs, maintenance etcOrdering of office supplies / cleaning equipment etcWelcoming and signing in staff external to Bridgend, including execs, visitors / contractors and escorting round site or between the office spaces as required.
