As our Support Coordinator, youll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. Amazing we knowTypical day as our Support CoordinatorMeeting with customers to create support plans and determine their support needs. (Our customers are Single Homeless Men with complex needs)Supporting customers with daily living activities such as preparing meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation.Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from one customer to the next here Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.Facilitating property maintenance and Health and Safety checks.Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better? Where were flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.We work on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am & 7pm.
