MEICA Site ManagerIsleworthSalary: £60,000£70,000 OverviewSeeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation works on complex water and civil engineering projects. You will manage site delivery, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, support commissioning, and drive commercial performance. Key ResponsibilitiesSite & Project DeliveryLead MEICA site activities across water and civils projectsManage installation teams, subcontractors and site supervisorsEnsure safe delivery to programme, quality standards and budgetProduce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, ITPs, commissioning plans and method statementsSupport commissioning, site acceptance testing, telemetry integration and P&ID reviewsAssist with MEICA design reviews and regulatory compliancePrepare short-term plans, look-aheads and procurement schedulesClient & Stakeholder InterfaceAct as primary site contact for client teamsSupport commissioning and handoverMaintain strong relationships with site staff, suppliers, designers and client representativesCommercial & ReportingMonitor cost plans and contribute to value engineeringMaintain site diaries and technical recordsProduce progress updates and weekly/monthly reportsIdentify efficiencies and improvement opportunitiesAbout YouEssentialBackground in MEICA and civil engineering, ideally within water/utilitiesExperience delivering projects in regulated environmentsKnowledge of CDM, contract conditions, design management and cost controlElectrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC or Degree)BS7671 18th Edition, AM2 (or equivalent)Experience commissioning and testing MEICA installationsCSCS card, IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTSTemporary Works Coordinator (or willingness to gain)Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsDesirableChartered or working towards (CEng / MICE)NEC or JCT contract experiencePrimavera P6 knowledgeWater/wastewater sector experience2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing qualsLV/HV trainingWater Hygiene or Confined Space certificationTPBN1_UKTJ
