We have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry South East Midlands, at our office in Enderby, Leicester. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for being the commercial lead on a number of mixed tenure developments in the South East Midlands patch and have experience of successfully delivering major open market, affordable and contracting housing schemes. This is a senior role and the successful candidate will have worked in a similar level role for a main contractor or developer within the region. You must be proven in commercial and risk management, have a reputation for integrity, maturity, and sound business judgement; be totally comfortable managing trainee and assistant surveyors; possess the creativity, commercial expertise, and commitment to successfully play an important role within the commercial and site teams.
