This fast-scaling team of strategists, creators and producers are redefining how brands approach paid social to deliver real results. The Role Youll lead the creative strategy across multiple high-growth e-commerce brands owning the end-to-end process from ideation and briefing through to testing, optimisation, and performance analysis. Working across TikTok, Meta, and other paid channels, youll combine creative instinct with data-driven insight to deliver campaigns that not only convert but set the benchmark for performance-led storytelling. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing creative environment and is confident guiding teams, shaping strategy and driving measurable results. What Youll Do Lead the creative strategy and vision across multiple paid social campaigns Own ideation, scripting and briefing processes for high-performing ad concepts Guide and mentor junior strategists, setting the standard for creative excellence Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to deliver world-class performance assets Analyse performance data to identify winning formats and scale creative learnings Develop and refine creative testing frameworks to maximise campaign efficiency Partner with growth and client teams to ensure creative direction aligns with business goals About You 5+ years experience in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social (agency or brand) Proven track record delivering high-performing creative across Meta and TikTok Exceptional concepting and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for performance trends Confident leading teams, managing multiple projects, and driving creative direction Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative strategy Ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about pushing creative boundaries Get in touch below to learn more and set up a chat... dylan@profilescreative.com 07485 981216
